Here at Mindy's Career Developing Coaching, we are not the kind of resume service to cater towards everyone. We help people in junior entry roles, graduate roles and mid-level professional roles.

As a new and small business, we thrive on making sure we keep our client's happy and satisfied with their end product. We strive on one-on-one interaction to make sure your product is the best quality it can be so you can have the best opportunity to get your foot in the door of your dream career. Our individual prices will always be under $100 and always be affordable with industry quality work and service.

Once you pick the product you want to get done, you will get your free resume consultation and that's when you start communicating with your resume writer.

Our communication is always by email and we strive to reply ASAP and hope you do the same so we can get your resume to you as fast as possible.

That's one of the best things about our business, we are an online only business with email for communication.

We understand how busy your lives are and don't expect you to take the time out of your busy schedules to have a meeting with us. Which is why all our commuinication is through email and understand how busy you can be to reply back during certain times of the day.

Your products will be delivered via email only.

We are a real advocate of an email and online only business. Phone calls and face-to-face interactions are often unnecessary due to the disruption to the workflow of business in general and eat away at time that could easily be used more efficiently.

We strive at completing your final draft between 7-10 days from the moment you get your reciept. The timeline depends on the alterations needed and the communication between resume writer and client.

Once you have made your payment and received your receipt, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

If you need your resume or cover letter sooner than 7 days, please let us know and we will check our availability.

An express fee of 20% of the total quote will apply to your invoice.

For Simple Resumes and Cover Letters, they will be sent to you as a Word and PDF document. You can edit the Word document to your liking for future use, but not the PDF.

For Creative Resumes and Cover Letters, they will only be sent as a PDF file. This means you are unable to do future edits. Any further revisions in the future will incur a $10 fee. We have now added in a Simple Resume as part of the Creative Resume Package so you will be able to edit that instead and have some control over the end product once you've been sent it.

We encourage some of our clients to complete a questionnaire that helps identify and flesh out relevant skills, job descriptions, and achievements. While this step does take time to do well, this makes things as easy as possible and is very effective at helping you understand your unique selling points -- which in turn helps with interviews and career advancement.

You are also required at communicating in a timely fashion via email so that we are able to give you the best resume and within a specific timeframe. We love communication and working together to provide feedback on our drafts, which means you get your resume or cover letter faster.

At the moment we are focusing our services on just resumes and cover letters, but in the future we will be expanding our business to job coaching and seeking.
